	FACULTY OF HEALTH SCIENCE EGERTON UNIVERSITY AAKI Consultants were commissioned to design the Faculty of Health Sciences Block for Egerton University located in Nakuru. Having been completed in 2011, the design comprised of ultra-modern administration offices, 800 seating student capacity, Laboratories, Classrooms and Cafeteria. The form is characterized by use of basic shapes with a large volume of rectangular mass at the entrance, which has been skillfully articulated and highlighted with modern materials. Its overall form portrays an institutional building that blends exceptionally well with the already existing structures.
	COAST REGION LABORATORIES AND OFFICES FOR KENYA BUREAU OF STANDARDS - KEBS (MIRITINI, MOMBASA) The KEBS Coast Region Labs and offices by AAKI Consultants - Architects and Urban Designers is another upcoming Architectural Masterpiece, which sits on a 1.862Ha. (4.64 Acres) site at Miritini in Mombasa County. The project consists of three storey administration, laboratory, restaurant and Gymnasium blocks among other facilities. The Laboratories consist of Petroleum, Metrology, Chemical, Instrument and Food and Agriculture laboratories designed with modern material
	PROPOSED KENYA NATIONAL LIBRARY SERVICES KNLS comprises of National Library, Public Library of Kenya National library headquarters. Its an Architectural Masterpiece suited at Nairobi Upperhill region. The Architecture is borrowed from african drum of the kenyan people. Its an Architectural masterpiece for library of this digital age and library for all ages
	JKUAT-SRBS Office Block JKUAT-SRBS Office Block is a two-phased Class A rated office development consisting of 14-storied and 7 storied office and commercial towers. JKUAT Staff Retirement Benefits Scheme commissioned the development to Aaki Consultants after successful competitive bidding.

Aaki consultants Architects and Urban Designers were commissioned after participating in a competition organized by the client.

The building adopts a rectangular form tapering at the last two floors. The rectangular form is composed of 2 cuboid towers raising up to 11 floors and joined by a central service core. The use of a near squire layout facilitates maximum utility of space to the advantage of the end user. The principal environmental control response was orientation where the longer facades with office spaces have windows openings face north and south, the intention being maximum reduction of direct solar heat penetration.
