Aaki Consultants designed this 7-storied office block located off Ngong Road, Nairobi, for Jadala Investment Ltd after winning the commission through a design competition. The rectilinear form, strongly accentuated with curved high performance façades and recesses, incorporates sustainable strategies and high office space utility to the end-user

TEA BOARD OF KENYA PHASE II

The building adopts a rectangular form composed of 2 cuboid forms rising to 5 floors height and joined by a central service core. The service core opens up into the atrium facilitating natural ventilation and day-lighting. Its long overhanging roofs, interplay of rectilinear recesses and choice of material create a visually captivating building. Aaki consultants Architects and Urban Designers were commissioned after participating in a competition organized by the client.

MAYFAIR CENTER

This bold architectural statement in the Upper Hill area was designed under commission from Mayfair Insurance Company. The 9-storied development along Ralphe Bunche Road was achieved within the constraint of a narrow and elongated site. The rectangular form is articulated with recesses and quality finishes to give it a truly distinct character that allows it stand out in the immediate neighbourhood.

NGINYO TOWERS

Nginyo towers is a prestigious shopping business development located along Koinange Street in Nairobi and designed by AAKI Consultants. It has a podium of three shopping levels, executive offices, conference rooms and a restaurant, on which the main tower of six typical floors stand.This Architectural piece is capped by an elaborate geometric crown that houses the executive office. It is characterized by an arched corner entrance, which leads to a lobby with volumes of space created by mezzanine floors. The Architects were keen come up with a very efficient building and ensure maximum returns to the client without compromising on its aesthetics.

MUGUKU BUSINESS CENTER

Aaki consultants Architects and Urban Designers were commissioned directly by the Client. The Building adopts a rectangular form with a central service core separating the two wings of the building. The central service core is shared by the two wings of the building thus minimizing the circulation area and subsequently maximizes office space.

PROPOSED DAISY OFFICE BLOCK

Daisy Office Suites is a new 7-storied office development commissioned out to Aaki Consultants presently under construction. Tucked away in a quite serene location just off the just recently expanded Muranga/ Thika Road and 5 minutes away from the CBD, the rectilinear development achieved within the constraint of a narrow and elongated site has a captivating sculptured façade and high quality finishes, which maximizes on natural day-lighting and ventilation.

	KENYA POLICE STAFF SACCO SOCIETY LTD HEADQUARTERS Towering at 8 floors, The Kenya Police staff Sacco Society headquarters will be one of the tallest buildings in Ngara area once completed. The concept adopts simplicity in its form with an emphasis to modernism in architecture. With careful spatial design to obtain optimal utility of space, the building adopts two wings on either side of a centralized service core. This was a strategic design intervention measure to ensure flexibility, in that an entire floor can be exclusively occupied by a single client or can be partitioned into smaller units with minimal circulation areas thus dedicating more space for offices.
	ESAMI KAMPALA As regional Architects, AAKI consultants teamed up with J.B Nsubuga of Uganda to create one of the most celebrated masterpieces located at the heart of Kampala, Uganda. This is a modern state of the art training and business complex in Kampala Uganda for Eastern and South African Management Institute, which was completed in 2007. The facility houses the regional offices for ESAMI and a training facility for managers. The Architects’ designed form was as a result of symbolism and deconstruction combined with innovation and craftsmanship. The bold curved façade “engages the landscape, the sculpture and the architecture.The canopy symbolizes a graduation hat, hovering dominantly above the conference hall, the center of exchange of knowledge.
	CIC PLAZA PHASE II (NAIROBI, KENYA) Aaki consultants Architects and Urban Designers were commissioned after participating in a competition organized by the client.The building adopts a rectangular form tapering at the last two floors. The rectangular form is composed of 2 cuboid towers raising up to 11 floors and joined by a central service core. The use of a near squire layout facilitates maximum utility of space to the advantage of the end user. The principal environmental control response was orientation where the longer facades with office spaces have windows openings face north and south, the intention being maximum reduction of direct solar heat penetration.
	DAYKIO PLAZA Experience executive, stylish office space with the new 7-storey Daykio Plaza, strategically located at the heart of Ngong Road, overlooking Adams Arcade. Tucked away from all the hustle and bustle of the congested city life, getting to work will be a cup of tea.
	KEFRI LAMU PHASE 1 Hostel Block Building located in Mokowe Town, Lamu County is the first phase of the KEFRI LAMU strategic development plan. Consisting of top notch accommodation facilities and a few offices it caters to the needs of the local community . The built form, composed of entirely of locally available materials, including the aesthetically appealing coral stone cladding, adheres to the local Swahili architectural design style and culture.
	Kefri Lamu Phase II This Farmers Resource Centre Building located in Mokowe Town, Lamu County is the second phase of the KEFRI LAMU strategic development plan. Consitingof offices and research facilities, it caters to the needs of the local community . The built form, composed of entirely of locally available materials, including the aesthetically appealing coral stone cladding, adheres to the local swahili architectural design style and culture.
	Mwalimu National SACCO Headquarters The Mwalimu National SACCO Headquarters is a 17-storied office and commercial development commissioned to Aaki Consultants by Mwalimu National Sacco. The development once complete will boost of 12,145sqm ample office space and a 3-level basement parking, 200cars at 6,150sqm.will serve as its headquarters, helping to reinforce the core mission of the Society which is to Mobilize funds, Provide Credit and  other financial services to its Members on Competitive terms.
	JKUAT-SRBS Office Block JKUAT-SRBS Office Block is a two-phased Class A rated office development consisting of 14-storied and 7 storied office and commercial towers. JKUAT Staff Retirement Benefits Scheme commissioned the development to Aaki Consultants after successful competitive bidding.The building, with its Building Management Systems, environmentally sustainable design, and visually striking design, and which is currently under construction, will boast 2 self-contained office wings on every office floor with green roofs and terraces for a value-added experience.
	Medical Practitioners & Dentist Board Headquarters The Proposed headquarters for the Medical Practitioners and Dentist Board, presently under construction, was awarded and commissioned to Aaki Consultants through a design competition. The 5-storied office development will be done in two phases in line with the Board’s strategic development plan.
