CITY CABANAS

A  leisure park with a perfect out-of-town experience. Located along Mombasa Road, AAKI consultants has combined an African theme with a modern touch to bring out one of Nairobi's most relaxing and enjoyable spaces.

NAIVASHA 3 STAR HOTEL

The six storey building adopts a rectangular form exhibiting symmetrical rhythm on the main facades, characterized by an interplay of recesses and bold elements towering at full height. The typical hotel upper floors sit on a curvilinear staggered twin podium that accommodates the main restaurant and bar as well as the conference facilities. The design adopts a simple roof with side fins that receives an extended canopy above, all well articulated to add motion and balance to the structure, thus crowning the beautifully and creatively designed hotel.

SUMMERDALE PREMIER INN NAIROBI WEST

Aaki consultants Architects and Urban Designers were commissioned directly by the Client.The building adopts a two rectangular forms that are joined with a creatively accentuated curvilinear element. Its location on a corner plot exposed its two main façade that are cleverly articulated creating a visually captivating building. The two main blocks are separated by a central atrium facilitating natural ventilation and day-lighting to the Bar below it as well as hotel rooms.The tranquility of the Spacious Hotel Rooms create the ideal environment for guest to relax and unwind.

Olkalau Town Hotel

This 3 star star hotel located in Olkalou town, Nyandaua County was developed in response to the need for a built structure that provided modern accommodation facilities for the community.  The buildings built form composition showcases the careful use of natural materials resulting in an iconicand aesthetically  appealing building.

Pearl Marina Clubhouse- Kampala

This 2 storied clubhouse is located in Entebe,  Kampala on a 300 acre property on the Garuga peninsula along the shores of Lake Victoria. With a post- modern approach to design, the building is accentuated with a hint of minimalism embelished by vertical and horizontal planes on the buildings facades. Roof canopies shield the clubhouse from prevailing winds and rainfall while also aid in the sunshading of the interior spaces from direct sunlight. The buildings built form composition showcases the careful use of natural materials resulting in an iconicand aesthetically  appealing building.
