Patricia M. Muriuki holds a Diploma in Secretarial Studies from Kiambu of Institute Science and Technology. She joined the firm in 2009 as an Administrative Assistant/Office Manager. She is the Principal Office Administrator in charge of day to day running of the office. She is the link between the Technical Staff and the Client ensuring the smooth flow of information and efficient and fast delivery of documents to Clients, Consultants, Contractors and Sub-contractors. She is incharge of all incoming and outgoing mails both electronically and manually, and also in charge of the office diary for site meeting and inspections for both the principals and the technical staff, and ensures means of transport are organized on time to ensure punctuality. She also ensures all enquiries by the both existing and potential Clients are dealt with to their satisfaction and has good inter personal skills, public relations and office management.
