This is a low-cost housing scheme located in Kisaju – Kajiado County, along Nairobi - Namanga road comprising of 872 housing units in a mix of (1,2 & 3 bedroom apartments and town houses with and without DSQs) on a 20Acres piece of land. The development has over 1,100 parking spaces as well as communal support facilities that comprise of a Commercial Center with a Cafeteria, Large Swimming pool, Kindergarten, Communal play grounds, 2 boreholes, Clean Water and Waste Water Treatment Plants. Sustainable design practices have been incorporated in design by use of solar energy for external lighting and shower water heating as well as use of biological waste water treatment plant and a selection of locally available and environmental friendly building materials
