The building, commissioned to AAKI Consultants through a competitive tendering process, is a modern 8 floor office development located in Ngara area of Nairobi. It adopts two wings on either side of a centralized service core for flexibility, in that an entire floor can be exclusively occupied by a single tenant or can be partitioned into smaller units with minimal circulation spaces. Some of the project features include two high speed lifts, ICT back bone, a restaurant with articulate terrace, ample parking space and office spaces among other features. Careful selection of materials was considered to ensure durability with minimal maintenance over the life of the building.
