Montana Hotel and mall, a 16-storied building, 5,700SqM with 3 levels of basement parking accommodating is scheduled to be completed in December 2016 The building adopts a rectilinear form all achieved within the constraints of a small and elongated site resulting in a captivating sculptured facade. An interplay of curvilinear elements along the facades heights brings a sense of motion, “depicting people shopping” It’s impossible for a new building to fit in the old mould. The norm is to incorporate some aspects that bring out a unique signature for the building. In the case of Montana Hotel and Mall, several considerations have been made

Double Atriums
The building is designed with double atriums which feature lifts with panoramic views. These will give shoppers and guests a chance to view the entire mall and shops as they ride in the lifts
Well placed hotel rooms
The hotel rooms will stand around a central atrium with an open wall on one side to allow cross ventilation. This will also help to avoid stack-in effect
Separate entrances for mall and hotel
To help retain individual identities, the hotel and mall will each have a separate entrance, complete with a lobby and circulation core. This will further ease circulation and movement of people
Restaurant with articulate terraces to give scenic views of the city
