It consists 28 executive units spread over 7 storeys of 3 and 2 bedroom apartments for sale while the ground floor accommodates 53number car parking spaces.A typical floor consists of four apartment units, three 3-bedroom apartments and one 2-bedroom apartment. The project’s design character was achieved by fusing some principles of the Swahili architectural heritage common in the project neighborhood with contemporary architectural design. Site planning was done to balance the views to the Indian ocean, enjoyed by apartments on the 4th to 7th floors of the building with the need to maximize on cross ventilation to aid in natural cooling and lighting of the unit interiors as well as spatial utility for the users
